I had an amazing stay at this place! the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, especially during a water shortage in the whole town. They worked tirelessly to provide water for showers and toilets. the location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the center. the facilities were very clean, and the fans and ventilation kept the rooms cool. the wifi was also a bonus, as most hostels in the area don't have it. Special shoutout to the owner who gave us a free ride to the bus station. I had a wonderful experience at this place. Cons: Cannot find any fault 👌.

I got great value for my money at Russell Place in San Vicente. The room was really comfortable with huge beds and the staff treated me like family. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from the center.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with a wider variety of options.

What a fantastic place for a romantic escape! We absolutely loved the eco-friendly and clean atmosphere of this property. The staff were super friendly and provided us with all the information we needed. The convenient restaurant right next to the property served delicious breakfasts, and we enjoyed the free filtered water, tea, and coffee. The towels smelled amazing and added to the luxurious glamping experience. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and main road. Truly a hidden gem!
The lack of a comfortable "chill area" to relax and meet other guests. It would have been great to have some hammocks in the garden, for example.

The showers at this place were really powerful and refreshing. They provided free coffee and water refills, which was great for me as a backpacker trying to save money. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants in under 5 minutes.
The rooms were on the small side, but that's to be expected in this area. , the beds were not soundproof, so you could hear noisy neighbors at times.

My stay at Russell Place was exceptional. The 4-bed dorm room was perfect, with my own lamp and fan that provided a quiet night's sleep. The cleanliness of the showers and toilets was impressive, and the cool and refreshing water was a welcome relief. The communal area was well-equipped with charging stations and a separate smoking area. Additionally, I was able to easily book bus trips to Puerto Princesa and El Nido at night. I highly recommend this hotel.
